Welcome to Kustom RC Truckz. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website. These terms set out the rules and responsibilities that apply to all transactions made with us. By continuing to use the site or by placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

Dispatch Policy

All of our products are made to order. This ensures that every item you receive is freshly produced and has passed our internal quality checks. Once the production of your item is complete, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation via email once your item has been shipped.

Please note that we do not accept commissions or builds that are subject to strict deadlines or fixed delivery dates. We work through our job list in order and take the necessary time to produce quality parts. Rushing the process can compromise the final result, and we are not willing to do that. If a customer later attempts to impose a deadline or apply pressure for a faster turnaround, we reserve the right to cancel the job without further refund.

Prices and Tax

All prices listed on our site or in communications refer to the item cost only unless stated otherwise. Postage and packaging are added separately and clearly shown at checkout or within your quotation.

For international orders, especially those placed from outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional import taxes or customs duties may apply when the items enter your country. These costs are not included in our pricing and must be paid by you, the customer, upon receipt of the goods. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you are entitled to cancel the contract and return the goods for a refund or exchange.

However, this does not apply to custom builds. Due to the unique and personal nature of these projects, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any item that has been designed or manufactured to your specific specifications.

If you would like to return a non-custom item, please contact us first by email. Let us know what you are returning and the reason. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe the client is applying undue pressure, making excessive demands, or repeatedly requesting changes that disrupt the process. As stated in our Dispatch Policy, we do not accept deadlines. If any time-related conditions are introduced after ordering, and we feel that expectations are no longer reasonable, we may cancel the order and no further refund will be issued.

Colours

We make every effort to ensure that product colours appear as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to the variations in display screens, devices, and browser settings, the actual colour of the item you receive may differ slightly from what you see online.

This is especially true for resin and filament colours used in 3D printing. If colour matching is critical, we recommend discussing this with us before placing your order.

Confidentiality

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you provide to us.

Your data is stored securely and will never be sold, shared, or passed on to third parties. We use your information only for purposes related to your order or ongoing communication with Kustom RC Truckz. All data handling is carried out in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and any applicable privacy laws.

You can contact us at any time to request the details we hold on you or to ask for them to be removed from our system.

Indemnity

By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to fully indemnify Kustom RC Truckz and its staff against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

This includes, but is not limited to, improper use of our products, unauthorised sharing or reproduction of our designs, or any third-party claims resulting from your actions as a customer.

Jurisdiction

All contracts and transactions with Kustom RC Truckz are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or legal proceedings must be handled through the English Courts.

By ordering from us, you accept that legal jurisdiction lies solely within the UK, regardless of where you are based.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you have any concerns or questions about your order or your rights, we encourage you to get in touch directly so we can resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
